Instructions
- Candidates for Prabhakar or Praveen Examination must have passed High School/Equivalent Examination and in support of which attested copy of Certificate / Mark Sheet must be submitted.
- The candidates of Prabhakar and Praveen can only appear in one subject.
- Oral theory examination will be allowed up to 2nd year only after obtaining prior permission from the Registrar.
- Entries are to be filled in completely and legibly in ENGLISH only since the work will be computerised. Incomplete forms will be rejected straightway.

Rules for Online Music Examination:
Common Rules
- The examination date and time will be announced on the examination website.
- To participate in the examination, you will need to use your registration number and password.

- You must keep your camera and microphone turned on during the examination.

Specific Rules for Instruments (Indian Classical)
- Time limit: 15-30 minutes
- Instruments allowed: Sitar, Sarod, Tabla, Flute, Veena, etc.
- Examination format:
a. Alap (5 minutes)
b. Jod (5 minutes)
c. Taans (5 minutes)
d. Ragamala or Bandish (5 minutes)
Specific Rules for Vocal (Light or Classical)
- Time limit: 15-30 minutes
- Examination format:
a. Raga Alap (5 minutes)
b. Bandish or Song (10 minutes)
c. Taans or Improvisation (5 minutes)
d. Bhajan or Devotional Song (5 minutes)
Specific Rules for Dance (Bharatanatyam or Kathak)
- Time limit: 15-30 minutes
- Examination format:
a. Alarippu or Vandana (5 minutes)
b. Jatiswaram or Thaat (5 minutes)
c. Varnam or Main Item (10 minutes)
d. Tillana or Drut (5 minutes)
